Bear in mind you still have to pay for shipping fees which is around 300-400 ringgit. And the warranty is 1 year global and 1 year accidental, here you get 2 years global. That 1 year accidental only for US customers. If the customs decides to impose tax on your package, then you have to go down there and pay tax, then only you can collect.

Hey guys, I opened up my G53Jw and noticed that the thermal compound seems to be leaking out? lately my temperatures have been higher than usual. You think this is the cause?

Hi All, Just got my G53SX for few days and new to Win7, everything on stock except uninstall some Asus bloatware like Oberon game etc, my boot time is always 1min+. Is this normal? How can further increase the boot time without clean format?

hi guys i just bought the Asus G53SX SZ1208V laptop and it is absolutely gorgeous!
so far very satisfied with its performance!

one thing i wanna ask to anyone who bought the same model is what gaming mouse did you all get? i just realise the mouse they gave me is a logitech mouse rather than the asus mouse that they advertise

you can only play BF3 in med-low settings? How can that be? I'm playing mine with 95% High and 5% Ultra. No lags, smooth and beautiful as hell.

I thought the gtx560 has only 2gb ram? Why does it say 4000+ mb? Or is it something else?

i am using notepal infinite.....
but seem like not much improvement in temp after apply cooler.....

Honestly the U3 doesn't make much difference because the cooling system in G53 every effective, but it does elevate it nicely, so i recommend getting it.

When are the new rog laptops coming out

Agreed with your statement. Quite a lot of noobs compared our GTX560M with the desktop variant. If you want to game in Ultra settings, go get a desktop, Crossfire or SLI 2 GPU, then only you can run all Ultra settings. Pfft all the misconceptions. 

Btw, who says it can't run on Ultra settings AT ALL? It depends on the game itself, Im running all ULTRA in COD MW3. 

I also running ULTRA for most of the old and latest games using my G53sx with Full HD, except for GPU Killer games....

g53sx can ultra BF3 , crysis 1 , the witcher 2, metro 2033 at 800x600  resolution yo 1! srsly~~~!!!!
