Nope. Only 3D movies can be watched in 3D. If it's normal then too bad. The movie must be 3d itself. As for gaming, yes 3D works fine. But some games might suck alot for 3d. and for me, if i play 3D awhile my head will eventually spin @_@

Added on November 12, 2011, 10:40 amAnyways, played MW3 for 8+ hours straight. Finish story, played multiplayer and so far graphic is kinda awesome. Heat no prob. no lag no nothing. Gonna test Crysis 2, DIrt 3, BF3, SC II, and.. some other games soon!

WOO that's an awesome price man. Like what Riku has said, 4k or less for this is totally worth it. biggrin.gif But be careful when you're making the purchase from Amazon or eBay, got some bad experience with some products. But go for it dude.

Just collected my G53SX, instead of getting Abyssus (which I already got one earlier), I got Logitech gaming mouse G400.

i've been following this thread and i noticed some of you have gotten the G53SX-S1208V with full HD display.

been eyeing this model for quite awhile already but the only thing that is holding me back from getting it is the display

i've called up several authorised asus dealers already and also the asus hotline and they confirmed that msia doesnt have the full hd specs

may i know which shop you guys got it from? thanks alot!

Why don't you try to ask around? It wouldn't be that hard to ask.

yeah they said no fhd, though they dont have the model on display there, so i suspect they are just telling me based on the brochure.

then i called a few more authorised dealers all say same thing, even the asus hotline.

all say only the 17' model or lambo edition got only

sigh confusing..

its a 50/50 for remix10. If he wants FHD, he can opt for MSI GE620DX-FHD.
I doubt they will have stock for Non-3D.
