which one is more suitable for wira SE AT year 2004 ?

my mileage is around 150000 already.. and got white smoke coming out from my exhaust.
*
Ur car have valve seal problem. Either u do top overhaul to change the valve seal or used thicker engine oil. 15w40 or 20w50 since u have valve seal problem. Sms me if u need it

err..ZIC...korean brand..not oni tht...even i use shell 10W40 also same..
*
10w40 Zic is fully syntethic.
10w40 shell is not fully synthethic..
since u said that ur car already clock 200k KM.. u should not used fully synthethic unless u are using new valve seal. that is y ur engine oil is decreasing . fully synthethic OCI is 10k km - 12k km depends on ur engine conditions.
u should try eneos 10w40 proracing oil. semi synthethic . oil change 5- 7k km.. depends on ur engine condition.

Interested in kelisa engine oil too, is there significant difference between mineral Eneos 10w30 and semi synthetic Eneos 5w30? Coz the price is double...
*
Of course. 10w30 is mineral based and thicker compared to 5w30
For new engine u should used at least semi 5w30. And u leg will feel much lighter.

Eneos 5w30 is synthethic blended (semi syn) but the quality almost equal to fully synthethic in the market and eneos 5w30 is a favourite oil especially myvi user and i have many return customer 5w30. If u have no budget u can used 10w30 on ur viva. Postage add rm12.

izit okay only to choose between Molybdenum (Semi Synthetic) SM/CF 10W40 or Eco Touring (Semi Synthetic) SM 5W30 for my 2nd service? i think its not too economical for me to use Fully Syntethic Pro Racing SM 5w 40 because after 11000km i'm entitle for my 3rd service. so i only able to use for 5000km instead 5w 40 able max 10000km right?

QUOTE(CetZ @ Jun 19 2011, 12:01 AM)
as promised,

7 days after change to Eneos 10w-40 on my iswara (4g13).

Pro:
- Very2 smooth ride  cool.gif
- More power and stable drive, especially climbing hill n long journey trip  flex.gif
- Maintain car temperature

Cons:
- found out the engine oil level is slightly reduce, based on the dip stick checking this morning  doh.gif still on acceptable level.  yawn.gif
This 1 might not accurate  hmm.gif , cos early morning before start engine.. the engine oil still on the bottom of the engine.
Maybe bro gagak can give some idea..
*
engine oil level is slighly reduce maybe because u already used thicker engine oil before such as 15w40...if u want to use thinner engine oil, u need a try and error.. seems like u engine /valve seal cannot used 10w40.. used 15w40 after this otherwise change a valve seal if u want to used 10w40 in the future. smile.gif
