i have one bad experience buying at kitbag using debit card...
browsing KB as usual...picking 3 football shirt and put em inside the cart..as usual... for payment, i choose debit card option...was using my maybank debit...when clicking pay button...error message open up..'yada yada..transction fail'....i tried again...fail again...WTF!!! quickly i check my bank account, the funds have been deducted and sent from maybank to kitbag...then i checked my kitbag account, there's no order number for the latest order i've made... 'This is bad call KB the next day...they check and confirmed no order under my KB account...check with maybank and KB for the next few days...cut the story short, i got back my money, transfered back to my maybank account about 2 weeks later.... fuhh what a relief... in the end, i ordered again and this time paying using Paypal... maybe it's just wasn't my luck that night paying using debit card...maybe there's a glitch in the system somewhere... but in the end...i'm glad all is fine... but still, paying using debit/credit card for KB orders is cheaper due to the currency exchange and paypal fees.. (as per what jerseyman has mentioned) |

QUOTE(dxjb @ May 7 2011, 04:03 AM) Now im in dilemma..no 2 makes me wanna use debit card..but no 3 gives me the safety comfort..but no 2 also can have protection and can claim for refund right? IMO, option #3 is good..like the issue i faced buying from KB...using debit card, transaction failed but money already transfer...then i was floating around don't know where or when will i received my money back...after 2 weeks the money transfered back to my account and i have to place order again... but still, maybe that was sheer bad luck for me that day...option #3 with Paypal is good for buyer's protection..i don't think the rates difference are significantly big... hope this helps |

QUOTE(lit_ching @ May 20 2011, 08:15 PM) I was being told by UPS staff that custom amend the ruling for the freight charge since 19th Apr WTF!!! for package weight under 4.2kg, the freight charge is standard at about RM280, for those over 4.2kg, it will be calculated at per kg basis, 1 kg at about RM40. If you do a simple calculation, if the parcel weight is 5kg, the freight charge is only about RM200, which is lower than RM280, for me, this totally make no sense and no logic at all, where got parcel weight lighter but charge higher fees? Anyway, be prepared not to make your order over GBP40 for the sub-total value, which means, you even not able to purchase 1 piece of final shirt by using UPS |

QUOTE(sigheart @ May 25 2011, 01:19 AM) Is this online store reliable? as in they sell authentic jerseys? So far I've bought everything from Kitbag and that RM280 freight thingie is a real bummer...have to search for alternatives now.... wiggysport is reliable...bought a few NNs from them... not really sure on shirts, but should be ok...all authentic... |

QUOTE(blanket84 @ May 27 2011, 08:52 AM) Guys.. Is there any difference in buying jersey from singapore and UK website? Why most ppl here prefer to buy from UK website? no difference in terms of quality..if from spore or UK, same authentic..usually UK online shop have more variety and sometime cheaper due to offers/discounts... |
