teacher? smk? private? tuition?, need some advice and suggestions

private tuition can earn a lot.. my ex tuition teacher during my high school time, managed to bought a harier at age of 25 and a condo in singapore at 28
 he rent a house to operate to teach tuition.. each class have about 20-25 people and he charge rm80 per person..he taught add maths, modern maths, bio and spm for form 4 and 5 as well as science and maths for form 1,2 and 3.. most of the papers he taught got 2 different class..not to mention small group of 3 people where he charge rm400 per person $$$ |

I did try to apply for the home tutor through online.. like through one agency website you post up all the subject you prefer to teach.. but no feedback!  every week he teach 6 classes of 1.5 hours... |
