if does, can u tell me where to register and anything need to pay attention??

Just fill up the form and register at government hospital. They will give you one simple card to prove you that you donate organ when pass away.

If you want to donate in singapore, of course you need to become singapore PR

So..it's like where the funeral held, where the country donate...

And another thing is no private register? all is gov only?
