for cimb bank CL increase, easy or not?

my fren say he just fax in the form to request higher CL. approved but he has a cimb salary account... so they can check

i dont have cimb salary account... so need to provide any docu?

got any interest charged since the BT amount also is in the same statement?

i have a 0% easy payment scheme for dell computers. got a remaining 4 months installments

can i settle all at one go? how?
because card annivesary coming in 3 months an i wan cancel it

wats the best card i can apply now using existing cc as reference?

i have been a long serving customer of theirs.... more than 5 yrs... holding a gold cc with 30k CL

will they brainwash me not to cancel? can then deman a higher cl n upgrade to plat?
