I got question and I aware of this question been ask already at here.

I got a GSC-EON CC,the issue is when I pay my retail item at shopping mall. When the salesman put in my card into the credit card machine terminal. It said cannot read. Clean up the chip using the eraser still the same. Then force me to use other card . When I go other place and try again,it's work and then I went to another place,its cannot work again . I called up to CS and told them the problem,I said chip got issue and I need a replacement. They said I need to pay RM50 , I heard from somebody said if card got chip problem,we can get replacement for free. I miss the cashback promo that running at this month.

Now EON Bank so terrible.

I went to purchase a unit of phone @ RM 1,770++. Then swipe lo. This morning thought wanna buy RM 200 of reload ticket and use my credit card,said my card DO NOT HONOUR and they didn't call me to check on the transaction. Only this afternoon I got a call from EON bank to verify the transaction. Feel fed-up because I thought I swipe early so I can get a chance to be lucky winner for 20% cash back of retail transaction. End up use other card. Damm EONBANK !

this is no. I was with CIMB for more than 4 years. I didn't see any card upgrade from my site and now I wanna terminate it .
