For OCBC titanium card, how to pay water & electricity bills using cc?
How much the cash rebate?

Cash rebate izit applicable for installment plan?

Why both side of cc? not front side only??

I din feel comfortable to provide both side of cc, haha...

I got this from OCBC FAQ.

What types of transactions are excluded from the ‘Retail Spend Rebate’?
Recurring Payment/Auto Debit transactions, Flexi Payment Plan (FPP), Savvy Saver Plan (SSP), Balance Transfers, Cash Advance, Call-for-Cash, Dial-a-Cash, Dial-a-Cheque, Outstanding Balance, Finance Charges, Annual Fees, Late Charges, Reversals, Fraudulent Retail Transactions and other fees and charges are not eligible for the Spend Rebate.

Recurring Payment/Auto Debit transactions cant get cash rebate??

while for amex gold credit card, 5x MR for telco bill, only with autopay (auto debit).
if just pay manually then only get 2x MR.

To "PLAY SAFE", just go for 0% installment for 12 months..
