Wanted to cancel my CIMB DA Platinum but unable to do so since one of my BT is not completed. Have to clear the BT first before can cancel the card. I thought the accounts are separated.

I called CS and they told me that the Mastercard is not possible. Have to wait until April and they are only promoting Visa now.
Conversion from Ikhwan AMEX to the new AMEX also possible. The "strategy" that they're employing is far more complicated. |

I requested a replacement card for my Visa Petronas. The card is physically damaged and it's going to be split into half soon. I didn't notice such defect till yesterday; perhaps it is damaged by the self-kiosk slot machine because my other card in the wallet is still intact.

I received a call from one of the Maybank branch today to ask to pick my new CC but the problem is that I didn't apply any CC recently. Somemore, no new CC information is shown in M2U.
At first, I thought that my replacement card for my spoiled Visa Petronas has arrived but the staff told me that it's an AMEX. |

My replacement card for the spoiled Visa Petronas CC has arrived. Impressive speed since I requested it via Maybank CS on Monday and this is the 1st time I praise Maybank for their good job!
Finally I have resolved the mystery of the "newly issued" CC. The branch staff was so blur and made so many confusions. It's nor a newly issued CC or AMEX CC. It's actually the replacement card that I requested. |
