Either copy paste or typo. For insurance it says, "Charge your travel fares to the card to enjoy complimentary Accidental Swath and Disablement coverage of up to RM1,000,000".

I've swiped my EssoMobil card at the same Esso station 3x a day (2 of those times back to back for 2 cars). No problems. I think it depends on the card, just like how some banks call you if you swipe a large amount and some don't.
