are you using power saver silence mode???

the default silence mode vibration are turn off one... That's why never use silence mode with power saver as you can't set the vibration setting at all...

then give us your number and we'll sms you and see...

maybe u accidentally reset the settings izit...go profile setting there see if vibration is on a not..
try off then on back if it's on...

actually that one is lacking of in lab QC..nokia cannot blame anyone for that one....it's not really rushing on the hardware side from the beginning...like N9, lucky they didnt announce confirmed spec, so later on after meego mature they can use the latest specs by then to use, not like N8, early early announce then in the end delay until the spec also become outdated liao

i dont think NCC ppl will really follow the service manual to replace new screws and rubber seals for the phone when they replace the board...
my sister in-law N8 got board issue, after replaced board then GPS cannot receive signal.. so bad quality of service
