QUOTE(Chinoz @ Jul 8 2011, 09:45 PM) Can't go wrong, esp if the condition is good. yer man... gawd damn hexalite...I personally feel such an understated, timeless and versatile chronograph for anything under 10 is a steal. Keep a bottle of polywatch handy at home if you're gonna daily the Speedy wouldve preferred if it were sapphire... but then it wouldn't be the one that went to the moon now innit |

QUOTE(d3vilzzzz @ Jul 10 2011, 10:10 PM) @yonggoh i got the brand new panerai for RM21.5k... judging from prices from AD in the states and even compared to prices in KL/Singapore... this seemed fair to me...very sorry for the newbie ques ..hw muchie is the panerai? how come you start with such a price acquistion i just started and can only afford a ML pontos -square face, day and date it must be said however that i bought a Rolex Ladydatejust for my wife at the same time so perhaps i could demand some discounts 21.5k to me seems a decent figure for a "trendy" (note: i did not say classic) timepiece... i was also in the market for an IWC Ingeniur Mission Earth at the time but the PAM was available immediately so I went ahead with it... i am now looking for a piece for daily use and quite set on a 2nd hand omega speedmaster pro as i dont think i can afford to use the PAM for extended periods... My previous watch was a Rado watch which dad gave to me about 10 years ago which i never really bonded with so i gave it back to him and have pretty much used my cellphones to tell the time...until the 312 came along This post has been edited by yonggoh: Jul 10 2011, 11:21 PM |

yes i been reading alot about various PAMS before my purchase of course...
My introduction to Panerai actually came a couple years ago when I first had a PAM104 on my wrists...that was the first PAM that I admired actually and was on my wish list for the longest time.... further research lead me to several other models and the 312 became the Panerai with all the attributes I desired... Date function, No cyclops on date, 1950s case, Sandwich Dial, In house movement, Sapphire Case Back, 72 hours power reserve... Anyways here are photos i just quickly took with my point and click camera... since u used a prada bottle... ive put my PAM312 among a few of my smelly friends as well PS The Luminor Chrono Daylight is lovely! I have never had the chance to try one on... but its a real masculine piece for sure!! This post has been edited by yonggoh: Jul 11 2011, 12:13 AM Attached thumbnail(s) |

you can have the fabulous PAM000 (base model) for around 13k i believe...
what an awesome classic that is still in production! see USD AD guide of pricing here: http://www.paneristi.com/reference/priceli..._List_2010.html Added on July 11, 2011, 1:17 pm QUOTE(CHiNO730 @ Jul 11 2011, 08:20 AM) You can never have too many colognes! We both share the Terre D' Hermes. I took a photo on the Prada Infusion de Homme because I thought it matched the Italian branding of the watch. It was also a good way to prop up the watch for the photoshoot. very similar hobbies you and i ![]() sorry for going off topic here...check pics of my frags here: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=43568679 This post has been edited by yonggoh: Jul 11 2011, 01:22 PM |

errrmmm lemme start with some basics...
i think u meant 11pm to 1am? DO NOT adjust the time while under water DO NOT adjust the time while using chrono functions In general it is not good practice to wind backwards.... This post has been edited by yonggoh: Jul 13 2011, 11:30 AM |

annual income??!?!
my earnings are measured in revenue!!! hahaha jk... yes the ROOs are certainly the "in" watch with all the celebs, rappers and top atheletes these days... why do they have to be so damn exp... but admittedly that probably adds to its appeal... i think the Seiko Ananta is a really handsome watch! |
