i m looking a analogue watch to replace my digital watch
just found out some of the analogue watches with date display but can't differentiate is 30-day or 31-day month (or february). that mean at 1st-may i must manually adjust date to '1' or else i m seeing 31th-apr.
is it common for all date only analogue watches? or i am looking at inferior analogue watches? or to get correct date i must get a watches that capable to track month?

QUOTE(ck77 @ Jul 10 2011, 10:18 AM) Yes it is common on date function watch. You need a month function or perpetual calender watch if you do not want to change the date manually at month end. QUOTE(patryn33 @ Jul 10 2011, 08:06 PM) most mechanical watches are not capable of leap-yr and mths of 30 or 31 days or when to change Jan->Feb I wouldn't that as inferior, as it would cost alot of money to get watches that do. when U said analogue, U could a quartz watch with analog dial that does all that ok thanks now i can lower my budget a little bit since i will be looking for quartz analogue watch to serve my purpose. never know such trait is common for many watch after wearing digital for so long.
