this is only applicable for watches with dates. if the time on the watch is from 9pm to 3am (some watches actually engage the date gear earlier), then it is unwise to adjust the date of the watch. u can however wind the time of the watch forwards to beyond 3am on the watch. this will allow the date to transition naturally to the following day. after that, u may set the time and quick set the date accordingly.1.)
