Last time I checked new 16750 is 17.5k
For each their own bro, new 216570 comes with retro GMT hand which is cool.

bro read somewhere some quartz is cosc also
anyway from wiki

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COSC

Certification in perspectiveFine regulation and chronometer characteristics of a watch can be destroyed in seconds by a rough and inexperienced hand.Considering the fact that mechanical watches are almost never used for real timekeeping and navigation anymore, and that practically any quartz watch is vastly better in accuracy, certification may be considered a historic relic by some, but it verifies the accuracy and quality of a mechanical movement (though quartz is almost always more accurate, mechanical movements are preferred by some watch collectors/enthusiasts.
