Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I've posted.

My vintage Panerai strap finally arrived. This was custom made by Greg Stevens. I had him spec it out according to the original 1950's Panerai strap.

It has the matching box stitching, vintage leather, and original GPF Mod Dep buckle (Guido Panerai Figlio Depose Modele).

Here's a picture of an original 1950's model Panerai Luminor (Ref. 6152/1) w/Rolex movement and original strap for reference. (Courtesy vintagepanerai.com)

I've also had a custom flieger-style strap made for my Seiko. Will be sure to post it in the Seiko watch thread as well.

And here's the daddy shot with most of my collection.

I got mine (unbranded IIRC) from Hang Thai Watch in SS2 (they have a branch in Bangsar Village as well). It's a simple looking 10-watch box, well priced (can't remember how much exactly, but not exorbitant for sure), and I like it most because of the soft cushions.

My wrist is pretty small so my straps and bracelets are sized accordingly. I've tried one from Mitch & Marc but it wouldn't fit because the cushions are fairly stiff and I found it pretty hard to compress it sufficiently to fit my watches.

^I'm sure if you can afford a PP, there is no such concept as 'cheap' or 'expensive'.

Just something I wanted to share regarding the new Omega prices.
I was in the boutique last week and while they don't have the new models in yet (now they're expecting to get it sometime in November), they said the price range will be in between RM20-35k. Ouch...
