I have planned to buy the new xbox slim 360 play Black ops, but i am wondering streamyx 1mbps package able to support anot.
Or anyone else who are using the same package as me to play it? Any delay? Lag? Dc?

HEre's the rundown :

1) BAsically xbox live is a pretty versatile online system. IT matches up opponents closest to you worldwide for best connection. For example, im using a 1 gb package also. On my ps3,finding servers to play on in games like uncharted 2 and modern warfare 2,is pretty slow and horrible lag. But, on my xbox,whn i play hal reach online,there's barely lag. The game will not be spoilt by it.

2)IT also depends on where your house is located. IF its near a streamyx station then your speed will be awesome. My download speed on normal files is about 100kbps, but my dad who is using the same package at another house has about 600 kbps download speed. BEcause his hoouse is near to a streamyx station.

So test it out yourself. Go download something,and seehow fast it completes. If even a 5 mb mp3 file takes 15 mins to download,then you might be screwed. ITs not the xbox/pc's fault. Its your internet line

xbl on 1 mb line can do just fine. just make sure ur upload 128kbps is not used like VOIP.

local players are quite difficult to find, sg players are the best option.

lag are quite minimal. like 70-100ms to SEA players and Aussy players
even bad connection to the US i had a delay of 0.5 sec. but routing through europe is kinda bad.

1MB is more than enough as long as no other computer in your house is downloading prawnz.
