Greetings. I would like to build a silent gaming pc with liquid cooling. Preferably in a mini itx casing. Budget around RM 3k.

Preferred specs:
a) Intel Haswell i5-4670 or i7 4770
b) 16GB RAM
c) Mobo with built in wifi
d) GTX 660 or equivalent card (low noise and cool)
e) No need OS
f) No need SSD or HDD.
g) Simple liquid cooling setup for CPU.
h) Low noise fans.

Is it possible to setup under 3k budget? Thanks man.
