I want to build a mini ITX PC. These are my general specs:

CPU: intel core i5
MB: Please recommend. Must have at least 4 USB ports, a standard VGA port, pci-e slot for GPU, 2 RAM slots and wifi
HDD: At least 500GB 2.5"
RAM: 4GB (8GB if still within budget)
GPU: Please recommend. Prefer with 2GB memory.
Case: Please recommend
OS: win 8.1
Optional: Slim optical drive and a better CPU fan to replace the stock one with the CPU.

*Not include monitor

Budget: RM1500

Purpose: Watch full HD movies, youtube, streaming, surfing, downloading and light gaming.
