need to get some advise for my fren

budget 800+- for only the deskop

harddisk 500GB
better to have HDMI support
and will be using 40" lcd tv as display, so the pc have to enough power to push it out nicely
-usage: normal use(surf net, ms office, and play Mo Siang Online game)

what will be the spec able to make out?

CPU: i7-10700F or Ryzen equivalent
GPU: GTX1650 (future might upgrade)
MOBO: ?
RAM: 16GB or higher
SSD: 512GB
CASE: any (low profile), dont want any RBG light
PSU: 500W or above ?
WIFI/Bluetooth device: network relies on Wifi, need average or above average

usage: web programming, machine learning
