Can pls quote me a good rig with 23" monitor? Budget at 1500. I want a good mobo and at 8gb RAM with ori win 7 64bit.

I want the option of adding in a GPU in the future but not now as i plan to use this as a download machine for the time being but will want to plug in a R8 280x later on.
