I'm asking for a quotation on a PC build for my significant other based on current market price and immediate availability, as she have plans to get a gaming rig in the coming months.

Usage: Primarily for gaming with occasional streaming.

Keep in mind the quotation are only for the desktop system alone and peripherals of any kind are to not be included. She also plans to use the PC alongside an Oculus Quest (not Quest 2), should that affect any particular specification pick. The budget is somewhat rigid and inflexible, but better alternatives (particular emphasis on 'bang-for-the-buck options) to a particular specification with slightly higher price as opposed to its counterpart are also welcomed as a suggestion.

As for specification arrangement themselves, we have no qualms of requesting a particular one and leave the decision up to you, apart from the mentioned best bang-for-the-buck specs.
