can PM desktop specs for RM2.5k budget? With latest Windows, no need keyboard/monitor. Usage is for heavy graphics & 3D work (Photoshop, After Effects, Maya).

I also play games like Dragon Age and The Witcher, but priority is able to handle graphic work smoothly. Pls recommend a good graphics card. Also wondering how expensive is it to go for SSD vs HDD?

This is my first new machine in a long time so looking for something that will last for a few years without significant need to upgrade and covers all the basic. Do I need to go for a good cpu cooler? I really don’t know much about this. Appreciate your help, thx. :)
