5. 8GB RAM

7. Wireless mouse + keyboard
8. Wireless dongle (to connect Desktop to internet)

Please help me fill in other specification for this budget. Or if its not possible, do let me know how much should I top up. I'm ok with older AMD processor if its not possible.

Budget : 1.5-2k

AMD/Intel (Not require i5 and above) : Last time used amd phenom ii before. Not really happy with it. But that was sooo long ago. That's why wait you to give recommendation, see amd/intel. I'm using i7 for my work pc, but i don't think this need such high CPU.
Monitor not needed.
Keyboard/Mouse not needed
SSD/HDD not needed
RAM : Please recommend

Purpose : Stream online movie + download torrent + watch video
