best is around 500 to 600 range. i dont mind to downside my hard disk to get this setup. importantly is can surf internet without much lag and lasting.

cuz i had terrible experience with tv box so i opt for custom pc as now im using my laptop as tvbox so quite a waste. pls let me know what the best build you could make. thanks.
