shit i have this problem, dammed

Problem 1: Knocking sound when cornering on uneven surface coming from Front RHS
Causes:  This is due to the power steering fluid delivery piping knocking against the metal pipe and the body underneath it as the uneven road causes it to twitch up and down.

Solution: Proceed to Proton SC to claim warranty for Power Steering fluid assembly. Claims are FOC, including the power steering fluid.
Parts list they will change for this new power steering assembly.
1)Tube B - PW828913N

3)Hose Return - PW828915N
4)Rubber Hose - PW820961
5)Clip Pressure - PW820962
6)Orifice Valve - PW895228

i have the bearing problem too... the Front Left wheel bearing got sound... mine after 1k service only come out the problem.. then 5k service go complain.. then ask me 10k go change.. then i a bit more than 10k go service+change bearing.. after the replacement then that "xx" SC ask me pay for the bearing coz' after 10k cannot claim for wear n tear parts... really WTF... then the good things come>>i ask him why din let me know 1st b4 install, then i ask him put back my worn bearing in... hahaha.. then in the end.. I WIN!!! reallt WTF.. i wonder if cannot claim, y he can get the parts from Proton... really

got 1 bad news, yest went danga city mall, i thk i wasnt tat close to that car as i can go out from my door oso, n later b to hostel i check my door got scratches!!   DAMN f***ing waja if not mistaken go to hell i curse ACCIDENT and survive with 1 leg n 1 hand for the rest of life!! f***!!!! (will solve by going to auto spa, do detailing including 1 BIG scratch by stones at highways..suey~~~)

btw..tat day i serviced at plentong they told me bout the engine hissing/whistling sound is the tensional bearing problem..not set properly i thk.. n they solved it for me..=) only thing is wiper 1st level sound..is every persona 1st level wil hv the tik tik tik?? how come last time i nvr heard?!

my time is not FREE
-speed to 40kmh then hear sound at low front left hand side. "tep,tap,tap sound" so loud
-go check service center found out bearing near to left front tire "kaput" -wafak? 1 week old car
-wait 2 weeks then item arrive and replaced,
-now once a while only got sound but not loud as before.
btw: i post here before about this long time ago

btw, i just remembered. the 4-2-1 headers for persona i saw yesterday, the O2 sensor is to be plugged into the 3rd pipe outlet. I heard that its best to relocate to the bottom of the header where it joins to the single pipe???

Is there any much difference?

LOL.. My parts in Cose arrived ady.. Now just waiting to reach 6k km then go service sekali everything bungkus together.
Danga City mall there the parking place there very small lah.. Not that easy to park into the place also..
I dont go there much except for paintballing only.. 
Mine also got.. Very annoying.. and there cant change the timing for the delayed wiper also.. Sometimes the rain too slow and i have to switch the wiper on and off..
Ic.. Last time when u posted that time i mb hvnt even got my car and wasnt even active in the forum.
I got quoted rm380-420 including installation.. But then i think buying hotbits is expensive.. Its branded mah.. Cap ayam also cheaper and then looks exactly the same on the outside also.

I tried 4-2-1 before onli the front from hotbits and knn air filter and grounding and air intake system..cant reli feel the diff..Felt like stock better.But the rev can b damm powerful.

I find that the air intake system could be quite useful.Can adjust the rpm idle rate..Normal idle was at 900rpm..But mine was at 1.5k rpm at idle..heghe

The moment u come out from the Proton showroom, pedal to the metal & try to achieve 200 KM/H o.O Sure break in nicely wan lah..

The black color is just for color only.. Once u pasang ady it will change back to the steel like lah... I have seen a video of it b4.. Unless u go for ceramic powder coating lah.. But its going to cost more that way.
Go for some hard and heavy run on highway.. Use 3rd gear and rev till max to put load on ur engine to wear ur piston ring in... After each 2-3km run remember to let ur car engine to cool down by leaving it idle but dont turn off the engine.. After 3-4runs then u are done.. But u do need to have an oil change earlier than 1km lah.. I did mine at 900km..
