we all known previous Torres was "oh hes just another talented spanish young striker" but never was in the main person on every media. No one saw the potential of Torres. He was poor in Atletico Madrid, Rafa brought him he knew about him might fit into Prem style and he was an impact right off the start. For me Torres owe Liverpool club alot not just about being a footballer, yes without the Fans ya think he can make that kinda wage and money to buy him? and his "spanish teammates" has been talking alot since they won the Euro cup and World cup. Torres here Torres there, knn who made him famous? Messi and the spanish has been cocky really, i remember Messi mentioned Masherano should come play with me in Barcelona and it triggered the transfer.

im happy that Liverpool transfers made up the headline, ppl are curious who we getting if Torres goes. After Torres handed transfer request i am already ready he would go either Jan or in the summer. So it doesnt matter.. im more excited about Suarez and other transfer coming in, yes it hurts but like everyone says "no one is bigger than club"

for me 35mil is worth it.. not a fan of andy carrol but his record and its english.. if he gets good support im pretty sure he can score much more goals than Torres
