for the Suarez part, Uruguay should be punished by playing with 10 man or a goal down from the start for the next 3 matches...
if Suarez can think of a way to get away with it, he would have... but its too blatant to even bother doing it... if a cheat get caught for his act and got punished, he is still a cheat...

The Ghana penalty taker does not have to be put in a position where the weight of the continent be put on his shoulder.... its not his fault.... you dont want to wish that position on anybody...And i hardly find a player that doesnt do that in the game today.
