HI everyone,

I want to know which is the best LED LCD for XBOX360 gaming... Please provide suggestions and options/opinions...

currently im using a 40" LCD TV but since my family is watching ASTRO programs whole day long... im forced to play on certain time... mostly midnight...

So im planin to get a personal LED LCD for both XBOX 360, which i prefer the specs as below:

Screen Size: 20" to 27"
Resolution: FULL HD (1920 X 1080)
Response time: 2MS (Preferably) / 5MS for 2nd Choice
Contrast: 70K or 50K

Preferred Brand: Samsung (Other brand choice is welcomed if its good)

NOTE: I have an external Audio system with woofer, which takes both A/V input as well as 3.5mm jack. So i dont need screen with Speakers but i need the audio out as il be using HDMI to connect from Xbox to LCD, then oudio out to my audio system.

get something bigger, dont go for this, its difficult to play games like FPS which you need to look very far in the view, its very stress for the eyes.

go for somethings like 32' Samsung/LG LCD TV, maybe around 1099-1299 then go for 1 year installment.

If only I had more $$$.

u cant play kinect that way lol
kinect need atleast 2m away from the camera
which mean if u use 20+inch u can see shit lol, coz u r too far

gosh... I do not play kinect. better if I play badminton with my friend rather than moving weirdly across the room. :s

But When Forza 4 come out... and if they support kinect as they claimed.... and if its good.... then may be il consider Kinect...

Btw, im not gonna play tooo far from my eyes... so > 20" and < 30" is my choice...

i dunno about u guys, if its me ill save up enough to get somethings much more future proof, who know what kinect will do in a year time, what happen to yr 20+" when u get kinect? buy another 30"+40" & put yr 20" aside? its kinda waste dont u think? i would also say a LCD TV is always better than a LCD Monitor, in terms of long lasting i guess? i use 37" LCD for my pc as well as connected to my xbox, so i can do 2 things at the sametime with a switch of channel. (even astro)

I get ur opinion...

But i already got a 40" LCD TV already.... so i dont wanna get another one... my room no space...

Thats why i plan to get 20"++ for just playing near my PC table... its like 30cm distance from my eyes....

I think any brand quality also same, monitor not much diff la these days, even tv also, unless your eye super good or movie enthusiast la, i also buy cheaper one and quality also ok, Samsung or LG or Acer is not bad already
But price is diff alot la, some over 1k some just 700+ so i buy cheap one enough, just dont buy no name china brand enough

Since HDMI LCD monitor cost more than RM500 i recommend LCD tv, which is currently cleared for LED.
LG LD310 is a good option, comes with 1x HDMI about RM800 new. 720p (13xx x 7xx reso). its generally fine as most games run at 720p, unless ur planing to watch blu ray movies.

for me, games looked crappier when they run at higher reso typically console.

err, dont u think 30cm is too near? you should be like atleast 2.5-3 feet away from screen... im like 3 feet away from my 37", got a custom table 5 feet x 2.7 feet depth

Due to my table spacing... i got no choice... haha...

Thats why planin to get around 22" to 24"...
