Who has renovate the space under staircase? normally it cost how much?
My house staircase is the old type one with the "lubang" at each step.
Thinking to fully utilize it. So please share you guys experience as well as the cost.

Havent done anything like that before, but 1 thing come across my mind is.. usually ppl using space under staircase as store room, so "use up the space under staircase" = " smaller your storeroom may be until a space not able to access" = "wasting more space"

so usually the space under staircase will be a close up area and accessable from side staircase as a storeroom.

this looks cool..

no offence but it does not look practical to me unless u got tons of books to put and it is hard to put anything there with the limited space available.
