its normal to lose hair everyday like about 100 hair will fall everyday but if u tugging your hair a bit n hair come off in fistfull amount...ok,thats really bad 

well,i have some that i learned about hair n hope they could help u a bit:- 

1) Washing hair:
- don't wash your hair everyday,actually washing not good for hair because it will strip your natural oil which that really good for healthy hair...but sometimes we need to wash it too n a right way to wash hair is needed
- if u need to wash hair everyday because your hair the type that easily get greasy n need to be wash frequently or dandruff problem,i suggest wash your hair every other day
- shampoo is for scalp area n conditioner is for hair(apply from end of hair towards you ear level only,do not let conditioner get to your scalp)
- never use your nail when shampoo the hair,use the cushion of your fingers(its much more gentle for scalp) n massage it in circular motion for blood can get flow in your head n hair can grow healthier from that
- after u finish wash the hair,let the hair stay in cold water in few minutes for last step
- drain out the water from hair by squeezing only(like you squeezing wet cloth when u do laundry)since hair when its wet,its much more fragile

2) Dry your hair:
- dry naturally is the best option
- if u need to use hair dryer,use hot protection cream/spray/etc before u do,don't forget to apply it everytime u use hot tools
- when u dry your hair with hairdryer by flipping your hair towards front(in bent position where your face looking at the floor) it can make your hair looks fuller afterward

3) Brush your hair:
- start brushing your hair from the end/tip of the hair n comb it towards your hair's root...this is too prevent any stuck in hair n also can reduce amount of hair that got pulled off when combing
- comb is better than brush...but if u like brush,i suggest use comb first to detangle hair n then can use brush
- its better if the comb is wide tooth one,not yang rapat-rapat sgt

4) Special treatment/hair mask:
- do it once a week
- use deep conditioner or maybe u can try use natural stuff(olive oil,natural yogurt,coconut oil,etc) which i did n i'm loving it!!   
- time application: 20 - 30 minutes
- olive oil n coconut oil can be apply alone(but apply it moderately,u don't want it too heavy)
- as for natural yogurt,mix it with olive oil(2 spoon of natural yogurt mix with 1 spoonful of olive oil)
- cover your head with shower cap to prevent it dripping n it also can make the mask absorb better because of the heat
- olive oil n coconut oil can be sit for overnight,u apply at night n wash it in the morning
- use lukewarm water to wash the oil-based

5) Etc:
- maybe you stress?stress could led to losing hair too
- exercise n eat healthy
- take vitamins,if u busy person,take multivitamin
- choose the right shampoo n conditioner for your hair type...for u,it should be for anti-fall type?n also shampoo n conditioner can be mixed up which is for example,use dandruff shampoo with voluminous conditioner...its ok,don't worry    its like using different brand of cleanser,toner,moisturizer

i do this routine religiously since 2010 n my hair look so healthy now!!now my hair looks fuller,shine,soft,moisture,no more hair fall,n no more frizzness!!    no more complain from my mom n she finally stop digging out back my past story where i style my hair in the past(i think in 2002?) n it using some chemical...after that,my hair become less n easy to fall out,its going on for years!!but if i think properly,its my fault too since i learn that after the process,u need extra care for hair n i'm very lazy person that time,so i didn't took really good care of it...   my hair looks like been fried at that time
i learn all this tips from many beauty gurus in internet n they help me!!so,i hope they will help u too!! good luck

p/s:do bawang really ok to use?because last time i went to watson n saw the product,i pick it up to see it only but my friend saw me n she say don't buy it n she say there is a news that bawang can lead to cancer...well,i just want to share with u only...i mean i don't know if its truth or not but i'm not gonna risk my hair for it even there possibility the news is false or so whatever n since i found a good solution for nice hair which is use natural stuff(olive oil,coconut oil,etc) i don't need to try it n whats more,they are chemical-free,natural,easy to find(just from your kitchen only) n i'm sure its work for all people
