I had book my LG Plasma TV on a fair at KLCC few months back. Last week when I go and ask them to deliver to my newly furnish condo, the shopper tell me that LG has already discontinue this model 50 PK550.

Is this true? Did anyone know about this? From the LG website, it is still listed over there about the model.

End up, the shopper call other branch and found a stock on another branch. Now I am worried that the TV that they delivered to me is a used one. Did anyone know how to check whether the LG Plasma TV is brand new or used?

why not make a call to LG customer service @ 1800-822-822 and ask for confirmation.

Better safe than sorry.. Just change to other brands..
