Just wondering, when exactly will the new ASUS models be released? Cause was planning to buy the X42 model as it was on promo due to CNY. After going thru many reviews, I've decided to not go for it but instead attracted to the new models. Not confident in Acer though even though Acer 5750G is just too FREAKING IMBA! Basically Acer ruins everything for me lol. So should I wait? Budget below RM3K and a gamer but not hardcore though, so i7 is optional to me. Am attracted to A42JP and A52JV. One more thing, is Sandy Bridge worth goin for? As the new models with it from ASUS are quite out of my budget.

Well, yea I was referring to X42Jr but I know tat many complained bout the battery and stuff so i foregone it. Now I'm just wondering when the new ASUS models will arrive that's all cause the specs are newer and better than the ones of same price.

May I ask is N53SV available now in Malaysia in Lowyat as well? Specs the same everywhere right?
If available, any shops having it for sale cause I was planning to purchase N43jf but it's EOL-ed.

Any idea an ASUS booth selling this model will be available at the upcoming Mid Valley PC Expo?

Then wat's the point of posting the price and specs when it's not out yet. =.=

Somehow I feel that ASUS Malaysia's website is kinda useless.

When to PC Expo at MV yesterday, asked all the ASUS dealers and all of them couldn't give an exact date for the release of the new SB proc lappies.
I didn't find anything about A53SV on the product guide, not even mentioned.

As for people wanting to know when the N series are arriving, they said about 3 weeks time
Order also same need to wait 3 weeks.

That's the problem. Even ASUS staff also dunno exact date, so how come gt dealers saying arriving next monday?
It sounds fishy but on the new product guide, the new specs are stated though it's written down there arriving end of March.

One particular staff even said this after I asked why Acer release new SB d ASUS nt yet arrive?
'Oh, then you buy Acer first la. Cause ASUS one nt sure yet. I think shipment on the way.'

Yea could be.. Maybe Acer more popular so they release them faster lol
