QUOTE(Trance4eva @ Jan 14 2011, 11:36 PM) lol, no worries. Its already in the market. Saw it in an advertisement newspaper Is it really out in the market? I am currently hunting a SB based lappy. I had set my eyes on either Asus A43SV or the Acer 5750G. But it seems Asus model is not yet available. Even the older i5-480M Asus U41JF will only available end of this month. Urgently needed a laptop by 1 or 2 weeks time. =(I think i will get the Lenovo Y560p....great price with a great performance hey thx for the help, i think going out to buy tmr |

If you wan a good performance but ok ok quality go for Lenovo, Acer or Toshiba (price ok la). DELL and HP sucks !!!Don't even bother bout Sony Vaio, its more on looks than performance Added on January 14, 2011, 11:59 pmoh yea just to confirm ATI 6570m or Nvidia GT540m better???? GT540m got benchmark on notebookcheck.net but 6570m don't have. Somehow the 6570m is higher than GT540m This post has been edited by Trance4eva: Jan 14 2011, 11:59 PM |

However the GDDR5 6570M pawns them both... http://h20386.www2.hp.com/MalaysiaStore/Pr...95&pid=C338007& I would get this if dv6 improved their ventilation since the last model... The benchmark http://3dmark.com/3dm06/15217436 apparenly the Lenovo one is GDDR3 according to a forummer... So HP dv6 wins handsdown for RM3299... I'd suggest Apple. Otherwise, for the budget of RM2.5K, Acer 4820TG could be his best bet. |

Going overseas next month. ==Acer 5750G (GDDR 3 or GDDR5????) - RM3000 Lenovo Y560P (GDDR3) - RM3000 HP dv6 (GDDR 5) - RM 3299 HELP!!!!!!! WHICH WANT TO GET!!!! I guess Lenovo's specs seems good for the price. Acer don't have BT, but Lenovo has. While Lenovo's hardisk is 750GB. If the graphic card's is GDDR5 for Acer, then Acer should be the best one. As for HP, some reluctant due to overheat issues. This post has been edited by klk89: Jan 15 2011, 12:54 AM |

QUOTE(Trance4eva @ Jan 15 2011, 12:53 AM) If you are hardcore gamer, I guess you can choose Acer since its among the cheaper ones. Just don't have Bluetooth. Since many forumers using it, you can directly PM to them. I read their reviews are quite good. My 2cents. |

QUOTE(Trance4eva @ Jan 15 2011, 12:53 AM) I'd assume you have no issues with the price of the 3 listed notebooks. Acer has the cheapest price (you can pretty sure its performance since few users have already tested this notebook). HP has the best performance (make sure it has DDR5 on the GPU. Otherwise, forget about Radeon 6570). |

Acer is No.1 notebook manufacturer in the world. Acer would have bashed (by millions of users) to death if it has poor quality. Quality is subjective anyway. If you love Lenovo, just grab it.
