A42JP is a very a good deal if don't need such a powerful processor...

this is a very good laptop for the price... U won't regret it I am sure..

The only downside is the speaker is very soft...

1. Brand - Asus, (if other good brand also nvm)
2. Budget - Around 2.5k
3. Specs - Mainly for office work and play few games and watch movies
4. Size. - 15''

Try hunting for A52JV, RRP RM2699 but Garage Sales may be able to get it for around Rm25xx...

What do u mean laptop for design??

Any laptop with good processor with decent GPU is able to do designing.. Please be more specific and state ur budget...

It's OSX which is good for design and not MacBook Pro..

macs good for designing due to its colour accuracy. besides mac i dont know any other brands which provides that sorta accuracy for its lcd so...just get a laptop with decent specifications.
