Basically, A42Ja is just X42Jr with better GPU....
But at that price point, getting the Acer 5750G or Lenovo Y560P with the latest i7 2630QM is a much better choice and both also got similar/better GPU than A42Ja...

There's also ThinkPad Edge 11 with i3 380UM@RM1899, Toshiba T210 with U5600@RM2099
But if you are looking for 10'', that would be that T580..

I've tried the T580, the stylus isn't that nice to use. The TH700 is nice and the price i think its RM4399, thing is it already EOL. I'm still hunting for leftover models.

IMO, the windows based tablet PC is not a suitable choice for a few reasons:

1. the touchscreen experience is not as good as ipad or other capacitive tablet devices.
2. Windows OS is quite power consuming when compared to ipad or SGT.
3. It gets heats up easily compared to ipad.

By the way, is there any thread for the tablet recommendation? hmm.gif

Does Malaysia even have it? The one in senq doesnt even state the specs..
I have doubts about the pricing even it's the real thing.. Cause 4741G is around rm2.5k..
If it's so, then it's good bargain.. But then timelineX series would still have better build and battery life..

well this is the brochure..

no the touchscreen is better. its more accurate.
and ipad doesn't support the software i'm using in the office. no apps for database entry in healthcare service industry.

Resistive touchscreen - more accurate but less responsive

Both are diff kinds, can't compare.. Nuff said..

Wow. How was their performance? Do they get heated up easily? How about the fujitsu warranty services in Malaysia?
