this is still fedex's tournament to win

nadal's record agains soderling in a big match is questionnable. and he got murray to think of too

i cant remember the last time djokovic/roddick didnt get pawned by federer
*
It was just a year and half ago where Roddick didn't get pwned... Federer got pwned instead.
The winner was different though at the end... laugh.gif

Added on January 14, 2011, 5:44 pmFrankly speaking I don't see Murray anywhere except for as far as the semifinals.
He's too good for nothing sometimes... especially at big matches.

What a match between Hewitt and Nalbandian.
Really, the match had everything... both players suffered mental breakdown in the match, both were on "fire" at certain points..

At the end of the day, the one with the tougher mental game won the match.
And that was Nalby eventhough he wasn't as consistant in hitting shots as Hewitt, but when it matters most his shots were winners.

Great great match.

I feel sorry for Hewitt though... sad.gif

Actually how to see who hv best dbh? Almost all ATP pro hv dbh?
*
Whoever is most consistant at it, atleast that's the way I see it.
Not saying that being consitant means hitting a dbh down the line at 20mph and call that consistant...

More like when one can hit the winners off the backhand side when it matters.

63 winners 20 errors in just 3 sets...
Wawrinka play like this today against Fed, I can say he is on his way into th semifinals already.

I just witnessed the most ridiculous championship point, ever, in modern tennis.
Totally speechless on that suicide dive winner Roddick did.

The best part? He didn't even know if that point was in or out.

Lol...
There is Indian Wells guys, just that because first round starts on Thursday they're not showing it..

They'll start showing on Monday with round 2 on Astro instead.
2AM in the morning start, channel 816.

Astro will be showing most (if not all) Masters 1000 events through out the year.
500 and 250 events they'll only show starting from the quarter finals.

pooh/CK,

In astro, priority in sequence is futbal, f1 then tennis....in event any competitioin clash, this will b the setup....

just wondering why they dont show the 1st round....

this yr IW very intereting in double... all top sinigle tops play double... shud b they wanna get used to the hc esp the windy desert....
*
Because they always think 1st round no one watch.
And starting 2nd round only all the top seeds are playing.

Thats why it doesn't really pay to change rackets.....unless your pro endorsements outweigh your actual prize money....if you can win 3 million a year on prize money alone, but your pro endorsement say for example, your current racket company "Babolat" pays you 3.5-4 million a year ........but Yonex offers you 8.5 million a year.........would you change rackets....with your current racket you may win a Grand Slam and multiple ATP/WTA 1000 series.....how?
*
I'd still choose the racket I'm most comfortable and accustom with?
Usually I see pros who switch just because of the money ends up... no where.

That's the ugly truth, they may be rich... but why play tennis then? lol.
