Instance reset is the time where the Vault, Duos, etc can be done again to gain the rewards.

Well, just keep doing duo and haard alerts, in no time you will be almost full blue just like me =) The thing is there's a big difference when it comes to equipment. Example, a tank in full green is really weak compared to a full blue. The other time i did duo, there's this tank in mostly green, I tank better than him...


After level 10 you can switch either dps or controller. Controller's most important skill is the one that gives power. You need that to pump healer with power so they can keep healing for boss fights.
