is seem like not only your customer facing this problem. can say some ppl in other country facing the same problem. i really suggest u ask ur customer try to check with service support forum from DCU http://forums.station.sony.com/dcuops3/forums/list.m . Beware even they manage to us redeem code they still going to face freeze problem .


Hmm u only have one hero? this is interesting. Ok then I will delete all my Hero in every server and create only 1 hero this time hope this will work. thanks for the info men
