Breast Surgeon, any good one to recommend?

Dear all,
Wondering if dr see from UM is good? An going to take a biopsy test, asked gleneagle and prince court, they mentioned insurance wouldn't cover biopsy so we have to go for UM, found dr see mee hoong but couldn't find much of her profile, wondering if she is good?
