I guess most of the 1st SB batch laptops will come with GT540 (for Nvidia ones) as well, so TS's scores will give us a rough picture of how the GPU fares

example, if we upgrade ram during purchase, it'll broke the seal. Ask the shop not to re-seal the warranty sticker on it.

from there, you can strip off hdd and install ssd

The only thing they told me not to remove is the heatsink of the system. RAM and HDD no problem..

Thanks, but even with newer graphic card for eg 540M is better than 5550? And with the same DDR3 ram, why is it 7.3 in desktop but 6.9 in laptop?

And thanks for the info of windows experience, how to make it calculate by ATI cause desktop is 6.9?

i use monitor as primary display and also upgrade the future components to support future games. My max budget only around RM 5K

We could DIY....but I dont want to carry around an external drive with me, I'd rather have an SSD and a HDD both INSIDE my laptop...(the XPS and Lenovo does provide this option)
