Haiz, if can refund I will surely opt for refund, will probably just service the laptop unless if swapping to 4820TG can refund some money back as the price is lower than 5750G.

You need to buy separate hardware (like wacom bamboo), which is the same thing with most other notebook...

To check which port the HDD and optical drive is using, just go in Intel Rapid Storage Company and press the HDD or optical drive and it will show which port it is using.

HHD in port 0- Sata 3gb/sec
optical drive in port 2 - sata 1.5gb/sec
this is what i have i my system

i believe the one affected is the 3gb/sec port. so how?

I think it is at btm right of ur mini menu there, if not u can search for it at the startup programme.

i sent email to highpoint. They said once the mobo come, then will do the recall o...mean changing the mobo.?

I think most of the retailer will refuse to refund or exchange the laptop...sure need to argue with them...btw i cant expect to refund or changing to other laptop...need current performance a lot...==""

if u mean the advance technology it is impossible, bc the graphic card dun have that feature. If using the old way, just go download the 3d movie lo...then diy the spec by self?? XD

Yeah I liked the specs too, but sometimes is quite headache when my unit kb is not sensitive, can't detect battery if plugged in at the middle of usage and more, lazy to explain.

hmm.gif Don't think so if u're talking about 3D like in the cinemas, it will then require a 3D screen, 3D glasses and 3D movie file. But since technology is updating frequently, there will be no need to use 3D glasses in the future to watch 3D movies.
