QUOTE(HolyCross @ Jan 22 2011, 03:35 PM) guys, Don't think so as the screen is HD only, imo can be played after plugging to external Full HD monitors, but haven't try before yet.can Acer 5750g plays 1080p HD videos? |

The maximum resolution is depends on the screen. I think forumer tonyvyp is saying that the laptop can play means can open but open Full HD video will need GPU performance and hence better GPU can open it more smoothly. In this case, if want to watch movie in Full HD, u still have to plug to external monitor which is Full HD(1920X1080pixels) via the HDMI port to watch it.

= = Yeah, it seems kinda fragile when u press it with your finger.
Anyway, I'm using the Acer bag which comes with the laptop. Is ok for me since can used as sling bag or carry bag. Don't think will affect the screen if the laptop is placed facing out or in with that bag. |

QUOTE(eugenechiuu @ Jan 24 2011, 07:51 PM) No it won't if its normal temperatures when plugged in.. Yeah, I know it stops charging when full. But the laptop is still using the battery current right when operating?Because the battery stops charging anyways when it's fully charged.. = = If it's true, then I won't take out my battery then. Very troublesome cause I take out when I don't need to use. So good in taking care my laptop now. Lol~ QUOTE(Borsch Soup @ Jan 24 2011, 08:13 PM) Lol, guess this year all the brand are reducing their price already, especially HP from what I see. |

Yup, eugene is correct.
Just downloaded the BatteryCare and open it. This programme not only shows that there will be no current flowing in the battery but also display the laptop's battery model. Lol! |

Hey guys, long time never update already.
Just now when I typed on the keyboard, it is okay already(before I had problem with some keys that needed to be pressed 2 times to make it visible) My guess is that I updated the laptop frequently with the Windows Update and I can now type without any problem. Btw, the graphics problem never occur on me, but I felt that the heat is quite high about 70-80+ degree celcius. It may be normal for a quad but maybe I'm just not used to it. = = The hot air blowing out and the hot plastic that I feel makes me worry. |
