Hey TS, I experienced this before.. after I key in the security code and safe code, end up the screen error. I tried 2 more times again, same.
After 1 week later, I checked my credit card statement, there was RM198, RM 198, RM 198 charge to me (totally RM 596).
the solution is: since already paid for many months, I called the P1 customer service to explain and let them know I've already paid 2 months bill plus 4 months in advance !
In short, P1 connection is slow, that's why failed to pay. Next time when you going to pay , pls find a better connection.
