Never interested in modify engine because I have not much good knowledge on engine. However, recently just find out American saying that current Corolla with Dual VVT-i engine are sucks, previous 2005 Toyota Corolla XRS with 2ZZ-GE VVTL-i engine is much more better. It can boost up over 200hp with Blitz supercharger kit, one video in Youtube show a 05' Corolla XRS with 2ZZ-GE and Blitz supercharge go from nought to 60mph in only 5.2 seconds, top speed 220km/h if I'm not mistaken.

May I know that is 2ZZ-GE VVTL-i half cut easy to find in Malaysia? I heard that it will be very costly because the engine is still new, and a standard 2ZZ-GE already come with 180hp or 189hp. How much is Blitz supercharger?

Dual VVT-i engine did not suck at all, dont use American review as reference coz they very upset what happen to GM. Which car dominant in Nascar race in US??. Topgear also same only british car are good but not fivegear coz they give very good comment and not biase to favourite brand/model only.

2zz may fetch till 7 k for halfcut
auto produce 180
manual produce 190 horses with 6 speed

celica olso available the 130 horse version
1zz with vvti but without the L
2zz came with the L and the head are develop by yamaha
L mean LIFT like vtec in b and k series
vtec in city and jazz in the L15A olso got vtec but without lift

blitz superchager last time i saw at classified cost 12k
but dunno lar

My car already fitted with 1ZZ-FE, another engine version of Celica. It produces 132hp for auto transmission.

Already survey few sites, looks like both modification will cost nearly RM25,000, not cheap at all. However, still very interested in testing modified cars. xD

I know about 2ZZ-GE, yes it is VVTL-i, is mean LIFT. It will kick ass when RPM reach 6,500rpm if I'm not mistaken.

or get bot by local tuner with rojak part for few k only
no need go for famous tuner as they are made expensive by local tuner

blitz supercharger will cost a bomb...
try greddy...much cheaper option...

or maybe can try to find 4AGZE supercharger and custom bolt on to 1zzfe?

my vvtL-i ran with greddy charger and produced 240whp.....

Blitz set is slightly above RM20k..... Greddy is about RM15k.....

Altis 2002 is with VVT-I only rite ??
Can fit in supercharger from wish ??
Need some advice from sifu over here...
