most of the airport workers are MAS personnel
yes can blame MAB personnel
btw AA personnel very little
to reduce overhead cost
even at Kuching airport, AA dont have any lost and found counter
only MAS provided this kind of counter
plus any delay in baggage sure the AA customer got to MAS counter believe it or not (someone told me)
