Heads up for anyone who wants to buy Dead Space 2

It has dropped to 40 USD in US. As per EA logic, its still 60 bucks for the rest of the world

Make sure you buy from US if anyone plans on buying

Supposedly Tuesday sales, but keep an eye out. Should at least be in this week promo

From what we've seen, this sales will be for large franchise, one each day
We've had Dragon Age franchise, NFS franchise, now Sims franchise

I doubt they can put mirror edge as its just a single game for one day

I think we'll see Battlefield and Mass Effect in the future

I can't think of any other publisher who are doing the same stupid sh*t

The price here are always same with US, except for EA games.

Maybe a temporary glitch... they accidentally release tomorrow's sale in our region

Those looking for Dead Space, keep any eye tomorrow

It still feels like we're being stabbed when you look at the price difference between our region and US.

I can never bring myself to spend on it knowing we're unnecessarily paying extra.

Its not that they spend 10 years trying to improve and polish it, but rather bad management and developers who kept changing their mind rewriting the game for newer engine and eventually the whole project went crashing down and looks to be dead for awhile before its current developers picked it up.

So yes it can be bad.

To be fair, OP Dragon Rising wasn't indie

Big publisher isn't going to put their titles on sale very often, not when there's a large herd of sheep out there who would pay full price for a remake of a remake of COD each time they release one. Its only the humble indie developers that would.

If you mean the daily deals, yeah, it has been like that so far.

But I guess its no surprise, since Steam still carry the mid week and weekend deal. Also there's year end sales. If we start seeing those big titles on sale during daily deals, then the bigger sales would be less meaningful

It is if you like action shooter.

GRAW is more of a tactical shooter, slow paced, difficult and frustrating

What speed are you getting?

Mine usually take about 2 days to install full game, 1MB Streamyx here. If leave it on whole day, I think 24 hours should be enough.

Have you try changing download location?
