Kian, cheesenium says we shouldn't just accept crap that companies give us man. We have to condemn games and systems in order to appear superior! GOTHIC 4 IS CRAP BECAUSE THEY DID NO EFFORT TO FIX THE GAMEBREAKING BUGS! THEREFORE IT SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Nobody can deny the fact that DA2 is disappointing compare to DA:O, and what I read, Crysis 2 too. Given the size and the resources the delopers have, this sub-par releases are just not good enough. It is the customer rights to demand more and better effort, what's wrong with that? Why is DA:O better than DA2? Why is Crysis better than Crysis 2? Why instead of improving the game, they choose to 'simplify' the game? Where is the DirectX 11 for Crysis 2? Why the FPS in DA2 sometimes drop til single digit?

I pre-purchased both games, I so far enjoying DA2, but cant help but feel a little disappointed. And yeah, they should definitely do better.



I'm mooching off my friend's X360, PS3 and Wii actually. I don't think that's covered under the DMCA as piracy though.

Fact is, why spend money on games you're not likely to play? Hell, none of you bought axel and pixel when it came out at 50% price. Only TotalBiscuit did and he made a stellar video of it. So at least he did something out of it.

not gonna argue bout it, as I only assume they have a sizable fan base because when Gothic 4 released, whichever gaming website/forum I go, I will definitely read about how bad Gothic 4 is compare to previous Gothic, etc.

With the new Play-asia member's club prices, the deals I'm getting is pretty insane. 60 ringgit to 75 ringgit games that are less than a year old. Pretty awesome.

USD7.50 for Just Cause 2 and Batman, USD10 for Metro2033, USD9.90 for The Witcher, great deals aren't them?

Gamers in general never offer genuine positive criticisms other than the fact that it's different. OMG GAMES LAST TIME WERE BETTAH! Y U DO DIS? Comments are everywhere, in fact, I found reviews like the DA2 review from frags to be in the minority. Reviews that compare the games towards the enjoyment value and what the objectives are is definitely the exception to the norm.

Well, I feel disappointed with DA2 because it has been simplify to a level which can be categorized as dumb-down. And since it is the sequel of my favorite RPG, I can't help but compare both.

Whilst I agree that DA2, if don't compare with DAO, is a great game itself, but too bad, it is the sequel of DAO, and everytime when I start the game, DAO will appears in my mind.

Arkham City will be a day 1 purchase for me because i really enjoyed the 1st one.  Screw waiting a year for it to go on sale.

Well it is kinda pertinent though and it did stem from a discussion based on Steam. I don't really like splitting threads over small diversions like this. It'll run its course in a day or two and then we'll get back to complaining about how the midweek sales are crap and how Steam's update isn't working
