But really, if they spout some crap about CC, tell them IT'S A FREAKING DESIGN FAULT. And make SURE they understand that they SHOULD be sending the FIXED new hinges for repair or you'll be calling them up again in a few months for a new hinge after that.
Ahhh, when are the new M11xR3 and M14x coming. My M1210 can't hold on for much longer it seems (keyboard dying on me edi).
